Many soy products mention the beneficial effect of soy on the circulatory system. However, according to the American organization AHA, dedicated to the study of the relationship between the circulatory apparatus and nutrition, recent studies have not been able to demonstrate.

It is true that certain products made with soy (burgers, sausages, tofu...) are healthier than those of animal origin, so those who have problems in the circulatory system benefits the change of others. It also seems that if more than half of the protein taken daily is soy protein, the concentration of ldl-cholesterol in the blood decreases, which is also beneficial for health. But usually not so much soy protein is consumed.

On the other hand, soy isoflavones are strongly impacted, both in the circulatory system and in cancer prevention. However, clinical studies show that isoflavones have no effect on breast, endometrial, and prostate cancers. However, scientists will continue to investigate the issue.
