Peary did not reach the pole

Robert Edwin Peary has so far been a landmark in the history of polar explorations, who was accused of being the first man to reach the North Pole. Now the arrival is being questioned and the word scam goes from word to word.

British Pole Scout Wally Herbert, months ago, has revisited the diary and documents of Peary's expedition and has discovered that Peary's sailing diary is not very accurate and is full of large gaps. For example, the newspaper does not say what Peary did in the 30 hours he was at the North Pole and finally the Pole written on a needle inserted in white pages! nothing else.

The first time Peary's achievement is quarantined is not this. Hebert's skepticism does not alter anyone. Dennis Rawlins, another explorer, claims that he never took astronomical data limited by Peary.

This does not mean that Peary was scammed. If by mistake of navigation did not exactly reach the geographic North Pole, it could circulate within a radius of 100 km. This would not take merit from Peary.

However, in view of the Peary archives, Rawlins has found some documents hidden by Peary, according to which Peary knew, according to sex measurements, that the furthest point had reached 195 km from the North Pole. Peary therefore lies when he returned.

Why was he so close? Because it did not have enough food on the one hand and the ice on the other was very dangerous (remember that the North Pole is on the sea and if the ice breaks there is danger of falling into the water). However, Peary was not the only culprit for this scam. In fact, Isaiah Bowman, director of the American Geographical Society, after Peary's death analyzed all his papers and said no records.

Finally, it is necessary to blame Roald Amunsende, who conquered the South Pole the conquest of the North Pole, which he arrived in zeppelin.
