Black holes visible for billions of years

Using Hubble and Chandra, some 200 zones were perceived that could be supermassive black holes.

NASA has discovered the supermassive black holes it was looking for. To do this, they have joined the data collected by the Hubble Space Telescope, the Chandra X Ray Observatory and the Spitzer Space Telescope.

Using Hubble and Chandra, some 200 zones were detected that could be supermassive black holes, and with the images of infrared waves collected with Spitzer have determined the nature of each of them. Some of these black holes are about 13 billion light-years away, which appear to correspond to two or five billion years.
