There is no depression there is nothing like sport

Long ago to do sports is good to deal with depression, but so far it has not been known why. According to an article published by the British Journal of Sports Medecine, the anti-depression substance produced after sports practice is phenyletilamine.

The study reveals that after sports practice, phenylacetic acid rises 77% in the body. This substance is similar to amphetamine and is known to have antidepressant properties.
