Mini-motors for microrobots
01/03/2009 | Elhuyar

At Monash University in Australia are developing microrobots engines that can circulate in blood, based on piezoelectricity. In fact, microrobots can be very useful to treat some traffic problems, but they have many components and it is not easy to miniaturize them all. In the case of the engine, researchers at the University of Monash believe that the use of piezoelectricity can be key and already have a prepared prototype.
