Greenhouse effect affects pressure

The greenhouse effect not only affects temperature, but also atmospheric pressure. Research has been conducted at Victoria University in Canada and has been the first to measure the impact of human activity on barometers. Four climate models have been used to check for human influence on pressure changes over the past 50 years.

To do this, they have acted with the greenhouse factors and have verified that the model adjusted to reality when taking into account the gases emitted by humans. Pressure and climate are intimately related, as air pressure controls atmospheric circulation, which depends on rain, temperature, storms and wind.
