Women who want to have a baby but have sudden ovarian insufficiency or are unable to perform treatment to grab eggs have tried a new technique in Canada and the result has been satisfactory.
For the first time, immature eggs have matured in vitro, frozen and fertilized after thawing them. The embryo was implanted in the womb and the pregnancy developed normally. They have not yet tried the technique with cancer patients, but they expect it to be suitable for them.
