Perl has released a universal optical tool called Shuttle Scope 80. It serves to see and photograph planets and stars from the sky, but also to photograph flowers and insects on earth.
It has an acromatic objective to which two eyepieces are placed, a viewfinder and a fixing bracket to the ground. The lens is 80 millimeters in diameter and has a focal length of 480 millimeters. You can see stars up to 11.6 magnitudes. With eyepieces of 12.5 and 25 millimeters it is possible to increase the image 38 and 19 times respectively. The lens is easily telephoto through one piece when you want to take photos. The target costs about 80 thousand pesetas or 4 thousand pounds.
