The black rat is known to have polluted the plague that killed millions of people in Europe. It also contaminates typhus and leptospirosis. Scientists have studied the DNA of 170 black rats around the world and formed the family tree of the species. As you have seen, the first group of black rats appeared in Asia. From there he dispersed all over the world, developing at least six lineages. Scientists have seen that each of these lineages transmits variations typical of diseases.
