The most famous fruit: the apple

The apple tree is undoubtedly the most widespread fruit tree among us, with apples of different colors and flavors. Today we will talk about the apple and leave for another occasion the themes of cider.

Oxidized pectin retains water, decreases the elimination speed at the bottom and allows the intestines to absorb water. Consequently, the crushed apple is good for cases of diarrhea and in the case of constipation the results are different, since it varies a lot according to the type of fiber and the number of acids. We have already said that the crust is rich, but it must be taken into account that the pesticides used in the production of apple accumulate in the skin. Therefore, in case of not having ecological apples, it is recommended to remove them in case of all the others.

So far we've talked about the raw apple. However, there are many options: roasts, compotes, juices... all are ideal for people with stomach problems and easy to digest.

Since in our daily diet it is advisable to include three to four pieces of fruit, as a complement of citrus fruits, it is good to eat an apple a day.
