The degree of aging can be measured by analyzing the evolution of the parameters measured in conventional blood tests. This has been demonstrated in a recent publication in the journal Nature Communications.

As health ages, it weakens and increases the risk of disease. For this reason, in recent years much research is being done on the keys to aging and ways of measuring biological aging. Biological age does not always coincide with chronological age.

Some biomarkers, DNA methylation, etc. have been used to measure biological age. The evolution of the parameters measured in conventional blood tests has now been analyzed and the dynamic organism state indicator defined. DOSE is directly related to age, disease, and lifestyles. And, analyzing the evolution of this indicator, they have also announced the maximum human survival: 120 to 150 years.
