Predictor of prostate cancer

To diagnose prostate cancer, the most common is to measure the PSA antigen level. However, this antigen is not very specific and can't predict whether the tumor detected will start methastically and pass to other organs.

At the medical school of the University of Michigan they have found a molecule that offers a better diagnosis. The new brand they have presented is the protein that encodes the EZH2 gene.
