Computer information for blind people

Although we know when life appeared in the oceans, there are still many doubts about when it appeared on earth.

It appeared in the oceans 3.8 thousand years ago and the oldest footprint of earth life discovered so far was detected in Arizona and is 1.2 thousand years old. Now, the research team led by Yumiko Watanabe has discovered new remains of organic matter in the ancient African rocks. This organic matter can be the trace of the microorganisms that colonized the land and generated it. If this is proven, the oldest footprint of life on earth would be 2.6 or 2.7 thousand years.
