01/03/2006 | Elhuyar

Italian researchers have shown that sound music increases the influence of MDMA (ecstasy). Research has been done on rats. They were given different doses and measured brain activity. Later the difference between the set music was analyzed. The result was remarkable: music greatly increased its influence. In addition, the influence with music lasted much longer than without music. According to researchers, something similar is likely to occur in humans.
