Special parachutes

Parachutes being tested in Britain are ring shaped.

For safety reasons, the parachute from the plane usually reaches a minimum altitude of 400 meters. Specially prepared soldiers can reach altitudes of 250 meters and perhaps 200 meters.

In 1983, for example, the United States invaded the island of Grenada.

Below you cannot jump. However, in Britain a parachute is being tested that opens at an altitude of 75 meters to land the troops without the enemy radar detecting. When opened, the parachute does not take the shape of the dome, but the ring float. It takes four seconds to swell, which makes it about 30 meters to get off.
