Sweat and antibiotics

Researchers at the University of Copenhagen have published a theory on the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics. It seems that antibiotics that are constantly expelled through sweat have resulted in resistant bacteria that live on the skin. The tests for the verification of the theory have been done with antibiotics called cephalosporins, widely used to cure respiratory and urinary infections. Third generation cephalosporin began to be used in the 1980s, when bacteria began to be resistant, and according to Danish researchers there is a direct relationship between both phenomena.
