The sewage in Houston, Texas, will be injected into the ground from next year. Sewage water and oxygen will be simultaneously injected into the 1500 m deep giant pressure well. Bottom heat, pressure and chemical reactions will oxidize waste and turn chemicals and microorganisms into inert ash.
1.500 meters of hydrostatic pressure generated by the lowering water, will compress waste and chemical reactions inside the waste will raise the temperature between 260-370ºC. The treated waste will be an inert solid in the form of sand.
