A group of researchers at the University of Edinburgh have successfully demonstrated what a contraceptive system could be for men.
On the one hand, 31 men underwent a 300 mg pill of testosterone in the lower abdominal wall, while 8 weeks and daily received varying doses of desogsterol. Treatment reduced sperm concentrations based on doses. 10 men had acute oligozoosperm (very few sperm) and 3 men azoospermia (no sperm).
Another study with the same "medicines" has yielded very good results. The research has lasted 6 months and has managed to reduce almost to zero the number of sperm.
The method is effective, safe and reversible, that is, meets all requirements to be acceptable.
