Male Y chromosome is not in danger of extinction

According to a study published in the journal Nature, it is not true that the male Y chromosome is being lost. Apparently, some had that concern to see that the Y chromosome is less than the rest. Furthermore, two Australian scientists announced in another article published by the journal Nature in 2002 the disappearance of chromosome Y.

However, in the study now published, a group of international researchers has analyzed the evolution of the macaque rhesus and human chromosomes Y, and have concluded that since 25 million years ago same anchor 25 million years ago, man has lost a single gene. That is why they believe it will not be lost immediately.
