In Georgia, at the Dmanisi site, there have been found remains of three hominids that could be the first Euro-Asians. The three are 1.75 million years old and, according to the scientists found, are individuals of the species Homo erectus. This species is the first hominid that migrated outside Africa.
The last of the hominids found has fewer bathtubs than expected, which has surprised scientists.
According to the theory, approved at the moment, moving away from Africa is directly related to the size of the brain, that is, when the skull of hominids began to develop and grow new places began to colonize outside Africa.
The new discovery may question this theory, but scientists have no intention of risking. Instead, they consider the small size of the hominid skull as proof of the variability that can occur within the population.
