Unknown macaque species
A new species of macaques has been discovered in northeastern India. It lives on the mountain, in the surroundings of Arunachal Pradesh, so it is known as the macaco Arunachal. However, he has also been given the scientific name: Macaca munzala.
This macaque is characterized by a group of hairs on the forehead, so scientists traveling on an expedition could see at first glance that it was a species not described until then. In fact, most species found in recent times are not found spontaneously, but because they are subspecies, zoologists consider that they must perform a genetic analysis and differentiate them as species.
And that is not the only thing that has surprised the experts, it must be borne in mind that this macaque has been discovered in India and that in India lives more than a billion people. And as you can see, there is also an unknown species of macaques on the mountain.
