Risks of immediate food

Obesity in the United States today constitutes a serious health problem, despite the fact that the industry of dietary and healthy products is getting stronger. However, Americans prefer to have immediate food on their daily diet and it seems that this phenomenon is becoming an epidemic. Currently, the main source of mortality is unhealthy diets, with an annual mortality of 300,000 people. An excess of immediate food can cause heart disease, cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, embolism, and certain types of cancer.

From now on, it will be a problem for Americans to take seriously into account the world of instant food.
