Not even the most known face

The gaze is perceived as a threat by autists and the closest friend or relative. So far it has been believed that it was a matter of shame, but now autists have given an explanation not to keep their eyes, or at least one of the reasons.

Research has been conducted at the University of Wisconsin, using magnetic resonance imaging of the brain. It seems that autistic tonsils have an abnormal activity when seeing the faces, and the tonsil is the part of the brain that is associated with negative sensations.
