Origin of arthritis

Apparently, the origin of arthritis in the New World led to the Old World.

Researchers Bruce Rothschild, Kenneth Turner and Michael Deluca analyze six skeletons of American primitives and discover remnants of arthritis. These skeletons are from 3,000 to 5,000 years ago.

As these researchers speculate, arthritis traveled from America to Europe and around the world in the company of tobacco, turkey and other innovations.
