Wool skin

Many claim that the best way to imitate leather is through natural products, and that's what engineers at the Japanese house Kurabo have done preparing wool leather.

The wool is cleaned first and dissolved by oxidation. The solution has a high concentration of keratin that precipitates, dyes and sprays. This powder is then mixed with a plastic resin. Subsequently, the material is introduced into the water and small holes are formed that allow the air to pass through it (for perspiration), but the water does not.

Touching the material thus obtained produces a feeling of something very natural.
