Researchers at Wits University today presented a species of the hitherto unknown genus Homo. He has been called Homo naledi. They found him in South Africa, where he lived 3.7 million years ago, 1.5 meters long and 45 kilos, and with an orange brain. They have concluded that he was able to use tools and travel long distances. Bones of fifteen individuals have been found and, by their environment, they believe they were perhaps buried.
