On January 30, 1992, the closing ceremony of the first masters of the "GORAKA" programme was held at the School of Teachers of San Sebastian, organized by the Association of Electronic Industries of the Basque Country.
These masters have been worked in three areas: electronic and automatic, computer science and technology and telecommunications. In this first promotion 37 students have obtained the diploma and the work carried out has been of great quality.
Coinciding with the closing ceremony, the Vice-President of the Basque Government, Jon Azua, began the activities of this year's master's degrees. This year's master's degree has developed the same topics mentioned above and has selected 53 students. Students come from both the Basque Country and abroad.
Budgets are also not joking, 280 million in equipment. will be spent and the budget for three years will be of 534 million.
Finally, it should be noted that the works carried out in these masters have a direct application in the Basque industry. In addition, the use of high-level technologies can generate significant advantages for Basque companies.
