NASA's Stereo spacecraft has detected particles from the edge of the solar system. Instead of using optical telescopes, he has used sensors to detect non-loading atoms, which has allowed him to find the limit. The ions emitted by the Sun are losing energy and charge as it moves away from the Sun and enters the interstellar space. The point at which the load is completely lost, that is, the point at which the atoms become neutral, is the point at which the Sun stops having influence, that is, the limit of the solar system.
