Virus cover is very hard

Some physicists have seen that the pressure that can withstand the outer layer of some viruses is as hard as man-made plastic materials.

Some physicists have measured the pressure that the outer layer of some viruses can withstand and have seen that they are as strong as man-made plastic materials.

Viruses must properly protect the DNA molecule by introducing genetic material into a protein capsule. Given this idea, it has been proposed that virus capsules can be applied in nanotechnology.

This is because nanostructures could be used as containers, on the one hand because they are very resistant and on the other because they allow self-assembly.
