The environmental organization WWF has stated that six European countries will not emit, as promised, greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden and the Netherlands must reduce their emissions to 2,818 tons by 2010. But according to the WWF study, 220 million tons of gas will be emitted more than enough. These six countries have not been randomly chosen for research, as they all together account for 70% of what the European Union issued.
