Reverse Doppler Effect

For the first time in the laboratory they have been able to see the Reverse Doppler effect. In the well-known Doppler effect, the frequency of waves increases as they approach and decreases as they move away, moving the wave phase and the energy flow in the same direction. Now, however, they have managed to move in opposite directions using a transmission line with the anomalous dispersion property, generating the reverse Doppler effect.
